Extended Solutions for Banknote Destruction

Banknote destruction systems can be expanded with optional systems.

DAG II: The DAG II shredder disposal unit can be connected directly to all G&D systems for banknote processing with a shredder unit: BPS 500, BPS 1000, BPS 2000, BPS 3000 and BPS M7. It comes with two bags for online suction.

PCRS: The PC Reporting System provides sophisticated, uninterrupted reporting on the destruction of banknotes at national banks and sensitive documents at printing plants and government offices. The reports are available in printed or electronic form for further processing, whether automatically or by machine. As a result, the PCRS improves the security of destruction processes. An integrated management function simplifies spare parts ordering for the monitored destruction system.

 PDS: The PDS transports banknotes and other articles of value between different areas in central banks, commercial banks, cash-in-transit companies and casinos, e.g. from the counter to the vault, from the vault to the banknote processing zone, or from the vault to the shredder. The system’s standardized components allow it to adapt flexibly to the specific requirements of different sites and premises. Typically, a capacity of several 100 kg/h can be achieved.

BanknoteCanceller: The BanknoteCanceller is used to invalidate banknote bundles by punching a configurable set of holes. The BanknoteCanceller’s specific design also meets the highest security criteria of national central banks. The state-of-the-art, ergonomic design assures the user of smooth operation with no breakdowns. And because the work steps involved have been reduced to a minimum, the system is also very easy to use.
